TERMS OF SERVICE
These Terms constitute a binding Master Services Agreement between Powerful Vision LLC and the Contracting Entity. Submission of a procurement request through our intake registry signifies formal acceptance of our bespoke B2B logistical protocols. We maintain rigorous institutional standards to ensure the seamless execution of high-status corporate manufacturing mandates.
CONTRACT ALLOCATIONS
All transactions processed via our portal intake registry represent formal commercial B2B agreements. Each customized batch run is subject to an absolute minimum manufacturing volume threshold of 50 units. Orders failing to meet this baseline capacity will be rejected by our automated procurement systems to preserve the integrity of our wholesale production scaling.
By uploading assets into our secure terminal, the Client affirms 100% proprietary ownership of the high-resolution vector logos provided. Powerful Vision LLC acts solely as a contract manufacturer and holds zero liability for trademark infringements or intellectual property disputes arising from client-supplied artwork, including unauthorized brand usage.
Active factory production for bespoke contracts requires a mandatory window of 2 to 7 business days, followed by freight deployment. Powerful Vision LLC explicitly rejects and is legally unable to accommodate rush processing requests where the completion window is under 10 business days, ensuring quality assurance and logistical stability for every batch.
MASTER AGREEMENT
Welcome to the Powerful Vision LLC Master Agreement. This document codifies the operational parameters governing our enterprise-grade manufacturing and logistics services. Accessing our terminal implies a commitment to these high-status commercial standards and a formal recognition of our white-label fulfillment protocols and precision scaling.
Due to the bespoke, precision white-label manufacturing nature of these items, all funded contracts are final. Powerful Vision LLC maintains a strict no-refunds policy once design proofs are locked and production queues are initialized. This finality ensures the dedicated allocation of raw materials and technical labor to your custom project.
WHOLESALE GOVERNANCE
All commercial interactions remain strictly confidential under this B2B framework. All logistics frameworks, proprietary manufacturing pathways, and corporate methodologies utilized by Powerful Vision LLC are protected assets. Unauthorized duplication of our supply chain strategies or manufacturing concepts is strictly prohibited under federal trade secret law.
Liability is confined to the specific provisions of the active manufacturing batch run as defined by the individual contract. Powerful Vision LLC is not responsible for transit delays once standard freight tracking is initiated, as third-party carrier performance falls outside the scope of our primary terminal production and assembly operations.
INSTITUTIONAL COMPLIANCE
These statutes are governed by the laws of our primary jurisdiction. Powerful Vision LLC maintains total transparency regarding production disclosures to protect the reputation of our enterprise clientele. Failure to adhere to freight documentation or payment milestones results in immediate breach of contract and cessation of production.
