DATA COLLECTION & ASSET VAULTS
We collect and process the following categories of information strictly for the purpose of configuring, executing, and supporting custom bulk manufacturing contracts and related logistics workflows:

2. Purpose of Collection
We maintain this information solely to configure manufacturing jobs, ensure accurate Brand Asset application, support repeat orders via secure vaults, and provide institutional reporting. Access is restricted to operational necessity.
3. No Consumer Profiling
Our Services are designed exclusively for institutional use. We do not use collected data to build consumer profiles, behavioral advertising segments, or unrelated marketing databases.
SECURE LOGISTICS DISCLOSURE
4. Encrypted Transfer of Brand Assets
Client-uploaded Brand Assets and related production instructions are transmitted via encrypted channels to our verified third-party manufacturing print laboratories and logistics partners (such as Printify and freight carriers) solely for the purpose of executing automated production and delivery loops.
5. Limited Operational Sharing
We share Brand Assets and related order data only with those third parties that are contractually engaged to fulfill your manufacturing, packaging, and distribution requirements. These partners are bound by confidentiality, data protection, and use-limitations that restrict their handling of your Brand Assets to the performance of the contracted Services.
6. No Sale of Corporate Brand Assets
We do not sell, license, or otherwise monetize your proprietary corporate Brand Assets. We do not permit third parties to use your Brand Assets for their own marketing, training, or product development purposes.
INSTITUTIONAL SECURITY
7. Transaction Security
Our digital checkout terminal and payment workflows utilize industry-standard cryptographic encryption and secure payment gateways to route high-value, multi-thousand-dollar transactions. We do not store full payment card numbers or primary banking credentials on our local servers.
8. Infrastructure and Access Controls
We maintain technical and organizational safeguards designed for institutional-grade security, including role-based access controls, least-privilege permissions, and monitoring of administrative access to Brand Assets and order data. Access to sensitive information is restricted to authorized personnel with a legitimate operational need.
9. Data Retention
We retain procurement records, Brand Assets, and related order data only for as long as necessary to fulfill active contracts, support repeat institutional orders, comply with legal obligations, and maintain appropriate business records. When data is no longer required, we follow structured archival or deletion protocols.
10. Policy Governance
This Privacy Policy is designed for institutional and enterprise partners of Powerful Vision LLC and should be read in conjunction with our Master Services Agreement, Terms of Service, and any applicable statements of work or procurement schedules. In the event of a conflict between this Policy and a signed master agreement, the negotiated agreement will govern to the extent permitted by law.
11. Updates to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our Services, our security practices, or applicable legal requirements. When we make material updates, we will adjust the "Effective Date" above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice through our enterprise communication channels.
