Welcome to Powerful Vision Co. By placing a custom or bulk order with us, you agree to the following terms regarding production, shipping, and liability. Please read these terms carefully before approving your final proofs.

Scope of Our B2B Corporate Merchandise & Gifting Services

This agreement governs all production, logistics, and digital fulfillment contracts executed between Powerful Vision Co and any business client purchasing our customized assets. By ordering our custom white-label solutions, you agree to these legal conditions.

1. Custom Orders & Final Proof Approval

1.1 Digital Proofs

For all custom corporate merchandise, we provide a digital mock-up/proof for your review. It is the client's sole responsibility to verify the accuracy of the design, spelling, color codes (CMYK/RGB), and logo placement.

1.2 Binding Approval

Once a proof is approved and payment is processed, the order enters production immediately. Changes or cancellations cannot be made after this point. Powerful Vision Co is not liable for errors (e.g., typos or wrong colors) that were present in the approved proof.

2. Returns & Refunds Policy

2.1 No Returns for "Change of Mind"

Because our products are custom-manufactured on demand ("Made to Order"), we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or minor color variations. All sales are final.

2.2 Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, you must contact us within 30 days of delivery. You must provide clear photos of the damage. We will arrange for a free replacement or refund for the affected items only.

3. Production & Shipping Timelines

3.1 Estimated Lead Times

Standard production time is 2–7 business days. Shipping times vary by carrier and destination. Large bulk orders (over 50 units) may require additional production time, which will be communicated during the quoting process.

3.2 Shipping Liability

Powerful Vision Co is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier. We will assist in filing claims for lost packages, but we cannot guarantee delivery dates for third-party carriers.

4. Intellectual Property & Rights

4.1 Client Authorization

By submitting a logo or design, you warrant that you have the full legal right to use that intellectual property. You agree to indemnify and hold Powerful Vision Co harmless against any legal claims regarding trademark or copyright infringement arising from your custom design.
